This company was terrible at communicating on the status of the construction of our home.i had to continually contact the job manager and Matt the owner for updates .to top everything off the seeding and landscaping, was the last thing to be completed,was terrible the company they hired did an awful job now I have to hire a company to fix the job they did.i had 3 contractors come and give me estimates on a deck and everyone of the contractors asked who did the seeding and landscaping because it was a terrible job.
I recently purchased a new construction home from Castle Builders and had several issues that are currently unresolved. I will not get into specifics but the issues are still ongoing after several months. I will say they are mostly simple items that should have been rectified months ago (really even before closing on 5/7). they are unresponsive and could care less about the consumer. It is proven in their actions. Proceed at your own risk, however, I highly recommend steering clear.
