I put this review on yelp as well...but I wanted to share it here too. When I had my cable installed by my cable company they hooked up my wall mounted 50 inch flat screen and ran the wires up to the TV that just hung there. I asked the installer if he could hide the wires so that it would not look so bad. He told me it would cost extra. The cable installer also ran all my cable wires to my rooms on the outside of my home. I have a brick home so I was not happy about that. I chose Castle AVI because the gentleman that came to our home was very personable and professional. He went out of his way to address my dogs and my children whom bombarded him at the door! This wasn't expected but it showed a bit of his character and made me feel comfortable with welcoming him into our home. Castle AVI installed our smart tv and home theater equipment we purchased on our own. He did not try to get us to buy everything from him like all the other install guys did and he wasn't an electrician or handy man posing as an AV installer. Chris was certified by several AV company's. He did the cleanest most professional job of any contractor we ever used and our system is programmed so it turns on and off with one button! After getting quotes from several contractors, we decided on Castle AVI for our Home Theatre Room- Not only did Chris walk us through the work we would need done he also made a few suggestions that would actually Save us money, unexpected and greatly appreciated-The work was completed in the time he promised, the area was left clean, and our system is all we had hoped it would be- We appreciate the time and effort that went into making this so and would highly recommend Castle AVI for any work you are considering-
Castle AVI installed our home theater and smart tv set up and did a very professional, neat, and easy to use job of it. Chris explained our remote control to us and put all 4 into 1 remote. Our system is simple to use and looks completely wireless as everything is hidden in the walls. Perfect job and well worth every penny we paid for our install. We will use Castle AVI for all of this type of work we need from now on.
