Before you read this review you should know I am in the lending business and have personally closed nearly 1,000 loans and over a $BILLION in production. Needless to say I have seen 1,000+ appraisals over the years. After multiple offers this home sold for $4,500 over list price in 24hrs. I just bought a home near the Woodlands. This company appraised the property I had under contract and verified the square footage of the home to be significantly different than advertised. Armed with their appraisal, I was able to renegotiate the contract saving myself quite a bit of money. I highly recommend them. Don't trust the square footage on file with the county appraisal district.
Do not use this appraiser ..had to change lenders due to his horrible appraisal, his appraisal was 11 a sq. foot below other properties in the exact same area and my house we were buying was all brand new, new roof, new floors, new ac and heating , new electrical ,new plumbing , only thing not new is slab!! and it was larger square footage than other homes in the area and he said it was lesser in value . ..really???
