DONT MOVE HERE. I paid $1200 in rent, $1000 in a security deposit, and $100 for a move in fee and I only lived there for 2 weeks. I ended up having to leave much earlier than our four month lease so I talked with a leasing agent about cancelling it early. She told us we could pay $1200 as a settlement fee and would receive the security deposit back in the mail. She emailed me a settlement contract and I signed and sent it back. 2 months later they are emailing me and saying I owe them $2000 now because I never paid the $1200... read more

I’ve had the pleasure of living here for 9 months so far. The house keepers tend to the building very well, the office staff are friendly and helpful, and any maintenance requests I’ve had has been taken care of quickly. It’s close to everything I need and my neighbors are so friendly! I would highly recommend Castle.

I just finished my virtual tour and it is one of the best and easiest tours. The design is like they ask me what I needed and want. Great location for me.

Homeless people yelling all through the night, people constantly smoking cigarettes and it comes into your apartment, loud music from neighbors.
