The owner of the company is one of the most caring people I've ever known. She definitely goes out of her way to connect people with the help they need.
About a month ago, I experienced a mental health crisis. I reached out to Hope after meeting her at a life group several years ago- at that time, she said to reach out if I ever needed anything. I never had to leave so many negative reviews in my life. When I first start coming here I thought I was going to really like this place. I only been here one time people here are so unprofessional no body answer the phone at the front desk. My counselor that was my counselor just stop talking to me. I'm not sure why or what's really going on. I'm so tired of going through a lot of counselors all because people don't wanna help and do their jobs. What's wrong with you people. I mean honestly. Started seeing Jordan as a counselor and I can honestly say I've made more progress in 2 sessions with her than any other counselor in my entire treatment. She listens very well and stays on track, helps you organize your goals and figure out how to achieve them. Very kind and easy to talk to as well. Really recommend her!
