We’d been noticing high energy bills and figured our system needed some attention. The crew inspected everything, explained what needed to be done, and gave us an upfront price. They performed blower cleaning, coil cleaning, and a complete duct sanitization. They even pointed out a partially blocked return vent that was restricting airflow. Now the house heats faster, and the air feels much cleaner. I really appreciated their patience in answering all my questions and not trying to upsell anything unnecessary.

The difference in airflow is amazing, and I’m confident our indoor air is much cleaner now.

They even discovered and removed mold buildup in one of the ducts and sanitized the area. I appreciate that they didn’t try to upsell me but gave honest feedback about what was necessary. He said the unit was working twice as hard because of all the debris in the system. After the cleaning, the HVAC is quieter and doesn’t run as long.
