First off, no appliances are furnished ' the setup is a 'community' laundry room ' which is poorly kept up. The pool is usually very dirty and the general property maintenance is pitiful! The overall interior of the condos are very trashy. Much of paint is cracking on the walls, the carpet is at least 15 ' 20 years old, since the hurricane all the 1st floor areas had the carpet ripped up and white 'hospital' like tile installed ' of which most is cracking because it was done incorrectly.
