I didn't purchase a vehicle from Castilone but from the time I stopped in Saturday for a test drive I was then told I could take the Jeep Renegade home another day for my other family members to check it out. Right now I have to take care of some other financial things but when the time is right in the future for a Jeep I'm definitely keeping Casey Luttrell in mind, SUPER friendly and not pushy at all!

Service department not what I would call service but lack of it
I LOVE my 2010 Jeep Renegade which I bought new. I brought it in for an oil change recently and mentioned a tick in the engine which had been getting louder. I received a call saying since my jeep was no longer under warranty the repair would take days at 96 dollars per hour. One phone call to another dealer who checked the VIN number and I was reassured that it most certainly was still under warranty UNTIL JUNE 30 !! A 3,000 dollar repair has been made without it costing me one dime. What am I to believe ?? That you are car... read more
