Piss POOR EXCUSE for an attorney. She lied to me , made me believe under a plea deal that a class 6 felony was going to be reduced to a misdemeanor via plea deal.. Two years later felony is still there. She is a LIAR and misrepresented me to plea to a charge. I would of taken it to trial. But Kira , her assistant directed me that the charge would go from felony to misdemeanor, provided I fulfill the court orders of probation.
