I researched a lot of places before I pick this one and I am so happy I did. Arturo was our technician. He Offered great Customer Service, friendly, and we felt like he was very honest and upfront with us. We will definitely be using them in the future for our home.
Always a good experience with Castillo. This was my regularly scheduled fall checkup for my heater. Ben arrived early after checking with me to see if it was OK to get here early. I highly recommend signing up for Castillo's program of regular checkups for heater and A/C. My previous post: Fantastic! Arturo worked hard today and did PM on our system. Castillo HVAC has my trust in their following Contractors State License Board rules and regulations, also in their business practices, and especially in their skills at installing, maintaining, diagnosing and repairing and replacing worn or broken parts in our HVAC system.
