Messaged them and they literally came the next day. They got out some pretty terrible stains. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with our carpet cleaning. He did an excellent job and our carpets look so much better. He was friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable about the process. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain everything and even guaranteed his work, assuring us he would come back if anything showed up after the cleaning. That level of customer service is rare and very appreciated. Highly recommend!
Immensely pleased with Castillo Carpet Cleaning! Our whole house is hardwood, but we had a large area rug that needed cleaning. I could not find a company that would come out for a single rug - but Castillo said they'd do it (for a reasonable price). Valentin was easy to communicate with (via text), showed up right on time, and did a GREAT job cleaning our favorite area rug. We hadn't had it cleaned in almost 5 years and it looks brand new again - even restored the pile height. A+ service and a super nice guy too.
