Amazing caring Doctor, Disappointing Office Management. Administrative Issues Need Addressing I have been a long-time patient of Dr. Castillo and followed him from Omni to his new location because he is truly amazing. However, the administrative side of this new office is a major letdown. After a scheduling error on their part, booking two appointments when I specifically asked for one, I was charged a $55 no-show fee for an appointment I didn’t know existed. Dr Fausto Castillo Muy buen Doctor, toma su tiempo , Explica muy bien, Se preocupa por tu bienestar, Te hace sentir como familia. He conocido muchos doctores pero ninguno tan bueno como él.
Dr. Castillo is never there and always cancels appts. The rest of the providers are NPs. Although they are knowledgeable, they lack MD school and for a person with multiple health care issues (diabetis, hypertension, etc) they lack knowledge as to how to treat. Front office and back office staff need to be trained better. They say they will send out referrals but they don't, you have to constantly be reminding them. Overall if you are older and have several medical issues find a better primary physician.
