I’ve been calling this office since January. I wish I read all the reviews because man THEY DO NOT ANSWER OR RETURN CALLS. The girls in front have clue what they’re doing half the time. After no returned calls I went in myself and one of them was sitting there the front right next to her. Find someone else.

Amazing caring Doctor, Disappointing Office Management. Administrative Issues Need Addressing I have been a long-time patient of Dr. Castillo and followed him from Omni to his new location because he is truly amazing. However, the administrative side of this new office is a major letdown. After a scheduling error on their part, booking two appointments when I specifically asked for one, I was charged a $55 no-show fee for an appointment I didn’t know existed.
