I have only seen the PA, Rosanna Carrillo, who is very pleasant. However, I am so disappointed in the front office management. The women who work here tend to have a "deer in the headlights" look and speak in a monotone voice that is especially aggravating when you have been playing a back and forth game with them regarding documents, appointments, etc. On several occasions I have had issues with getting an order fixed or more recently a clearance form signed.
