RecommendedI called for a simple dash light reset. I asked for a price quote and they did not charge me. It truly put a smile on my face knowing guys like this still exist. After the job was complete I asked Eddie, “how much do I owe you”? He responded, “nothing, no charge”. This simple gesture says a lot about a shop! It s extremely hard to find good loyal/honest mechanics these days. I highly recommend this shop! I did offer the tech to drive my car and experience the SMG, BMW M3. I hope he enjoyed that.
Left my 2005 Hyundai at Castillo Auto repair on 1/31/2020, for Timing belt and other repairs. Work was completed right away, and cost was much lower that other places I checked. My vehicle is running like a new one now. Also I informed Miguel that I lived in Bisbee, and my wife had a stroke over a year ago, and I cannot leave her alone for very long, and I have no way to get to Sierra Vista, Miguel had his son drive me home and pick me up when job finished. Many thanks to Miguel and his crew. A recent trip through the area found us loosing our clutch. We were traveling in our Dodge pickup and camper. First think Monday morning they took us in and got to things. They were kind enough to let us offload the camper out back and camp for the two days it took to get repaired. The quality of their work is excellent. Attention to detail amazing. And on top of it all they all were very nice guys!!! Thank you!!!!

Awesome shop
Had several people tell me computer was bad in my truck. Turns out that it was not the computer. They took there time and found the real problem. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this shop. No part swapping goes on in this shop like other shops where they rack up parts a labor instead of finding problem in the first place. Thank for getting my truck back on the road. It runs better now than it has ever before.
