I had them preemptively assess my roof and skylights after purchasing a home. They charge me $1400 to seal around my skylights and a few minor areas on my 3 yr old roof. Going forward 8months. The skylights leaked warped my wood ceiling in kitchen and caused mold. They denied it being anything to do with them. Saying the house had humidity. I had 2 companies assess. And made the proper repairs that they should have done in the first place. Use this company at ur own risk. They will have total denial.
Castillo just completed our roof, which is one of those overly complicated roof lines, so not a simple task. In addition, we asked them to repair/replace some damaged fascia and to paint the fascia and soffits. Chris and his team were terrific. Professional, worked clean and fast. Guaranteed their work. Would highly recommend them. Left my mother's home cleaner than they found it. That speaks volumes because she's 95 and picky about her yard and homes appearance.
I completely change my mind. They did a complete roof replacement last week for my mom, before the installed the roof I told my mom to advise Jonathan and Ty who are apparently the "Project managers" that there wasn't any pitch on the south part of the roof. I even put a level up there and and took photos. Jonathan advises everything would be fine and that water wouldn't pool and would run off.
