Update: be warned about moving out. I had broken my lease and paid the due balance within 20 days and confirmed it was paid by the apartment back in November 2024. However, it seems the balance was sent to the collection agency literally a day after I was notified of the balance. While I should have checked on my end, come to find out, early March the collections agency was calling for the balance. I had sent them all the screenshot and receipt and now it is settled. The worst apartments I've ever lived in, noise is inevitable, trying to get maintenance to rapair something and they take up to 3 weeks just to see your work order and even after that, they don't do anything. I've had a noise coming from the building itself coming from the apartment upstairs that doesn't let me sleep because the noise sometimes last 30-40 minutes. Quality of the building is really low. Property is nice but BEWARE, they tell you one thing and charge you for it behind your back. Make sure you get everything in writing. Also, understand that they will still charge you for utilities way after your lease has ended. They’re also very controlling and will find any tiny reason to charge you. Final bill is sent to collections prior to 21 days so it affects your credit no matter what you do. This has been the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The units are overpriced, especially for third-floor apartments. The living spaces are small, and things tend to break easily, with maintenance taking a long time to respond. The gate system is particularly confusing for guests—especially at the entrance on the Pellicano side—where both gates are labeled for residents and guests, despite only one being meant for guest access.
