If zero was an option I'd choose it. My daughter lived in the West Seneca location for 11 months and had nothing but problems living there. The building is old and poorly maintained. We assume it is infested with mold since the entire time living there her physical health declined and she developed severe asthma and allergy problems. Lived in the Lockport apartments for about 4 years now. Castellum management took over a few years ago and this place has gone downhill since. Our hot water tank has gone three times this year causing floods and many of my neighbors to have to replace and throw out the items in their storage space. NEVER once has anyone from the office sent a text message (which is the main way they communicate needs and issues around the complex) to inform tenets of what is happening. Horrible place to live, definitely don't recommend. Lived there for 2 years. Maintenance never fixes anything and Maintenance team was so rude and horrible to deal with. People in office are rude too, MOLD infested walls!!
All of people in the office are very rude. I was literally getting yelled at, over spoken, and my questions weren’t being answered. I wish I had it recorded. I got lied to by being told no one else was there to talk to, when all of a sudden, I was put on speaker phone, her tone of voice changed and she was trying to be fake nice. That was after laughing at me when I told her I wanted a rational conversation. How difficult is it to be a decent human being? Certain people don’t belong in customer service. Screw this company.
