Dr is good but staff is no good they want money
Walked out of his office, staff was incompetent with regard to my insurance, explaining that my secondary insurance (which they had as my primary insurance) was not accepted, telling me I should have filled out the forms in black ink (they didn't give me a pen or tell me), and told me that they didn't talk to anyone at my insurance company to confirm coverage even though on line he is listed in network so if any snafu I would have to pay. Apptmt made 4 days ago, time to check. Foot still hurts!
