If I could give zero stars I would. This is more about the property management company, Northwest Apartments than the actual property itself. This is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. I am at the Castellan Apartments and in the year I have lived here I have witnessed our mail stop being delivered for more than a month because of property management not doing their job, the fire alarm breaking and going off 3 days in a row and no response from prop management - even when the firefighters reached ou... read more
The apartment is nice in itself. But there are lot of other problems with this building. 1. Every second day there is theft of amazon packages and therefore they say its not their accountability. At least 8-10 packages of mine were stolen. 2. Couple of times there have been situations where homeless person is sitting right in front of building entrance and you cannot enter. 3. They have a terrible problem with theft. The long time residents harass people they don’t like to try to make you move out. The management is simply just unhelpful and rude. The apartments are not structurally sound one of the chimneys is about to fall out of the wall and the resident was given a notice of non renewal when he told management about it. Recommend living anywhere else.
Terrible experience. Building is old and not at all maintained. The windows in our apartments were not well fitted and we constantly saw water seep in. We also saw a lot of mold build about two months or so before leaving this place and informed them but no one came to even look at it. Water also seeped in to our external storage unit. Move out experience has been terrible. They simply sent an email with ridiculous move out charges for repainting the apartment.
