Good Job Wow! So I come in around 10:00am today........they're already full and it's first come-first served basis........my car is overheating and I'm on my way out of town to Houston for the Christmas Holiday. I wait. Eventually, they fit me in and fix my car. It was my thermostat and didn't cost me a whole lot, I'm on my way to Houston. Good service, good price!
They ARE honest! I had a coolant leak and I had been told at the dealer that my car was going to need a new motor due to overheating but I brought it to Castelan and it turned out all I needed was a new water pump. My engine was fine. They saved me $1,200.00 worth of work I didn't really need. They are a rare breed of honest mechanics at that shop.
jim these people are honest and ethical. they did a great job on my truck and i've referred several people to them since. i have yet to go back for a warranty job. they do it right the first time and don't charge an arm and a leg. the lady who works the front office is very knowledgeable and professional and courteous.
good job it was on a weekend that i took my car in .. and they worked even on sunday so that i could have it back by monday. they fixed the problem and it's been running well since. they have a 60 day guarrantee
