We were very pleased with the service we received.
My family were on our way to a wedding and had a flat tire. Couldn't get the wheel to come off the pickup. One of Casteel's employees came to our rescue with a big hammer. Thank you so much!!
Casteels took very good care of us this past week, especially Chelsea! Our brake rotor needed changed immediately, but by the time we could afford part and labor it was past the point of just the rotor. They made time for us last minute, and once we found out it was our caliper as well, made time for us once again when we scrounged up the part. They made us feel safe and informed me of every detail I needed to know before and after the fix. Long review, but I'm so grateful for their kindness and the work they did!!
