Wasted my Time, called in the morning and got one of those ridiculous 4 hr windows, they showed up late in the afternoon to say they cannot work on my home, they don't have the proper license, now its too late to call someone else and have to go without heat and can't cook, heat or cool food. Then gave me the verbal run around....
Absolutely the worse company ever had to deal with. 4 years ago this company had installed several air conditioner units in our house during remodeling project. We also purchased a service agreement for maintenance. Everything was Ok until something broke. The unit that was placed in the shop and garage ( ductless Mitsubishi system) had stopped working a month ago. First Technician was not able to fix the system. We once loved Casteel but there was one disaster after another with our last repair/replacement. After much confusion and then Casteel flooding our basement, we couldn’t get anyone to call us back until we posted a negative review on Google. Once we did that, they called us back but Brett from “upper management” might have been the rudest person I’ve ever encountered and refuses to admit fault for anything. We are DONE with casteel.
