I met the brother (who is a real friendly person) at the Phoenix Home and Garden Show. I called and spoke to his brother who is the one who builds ponds. While he wasn't mean and did address my concerns, he wasn't as customer supportive as his brother at the show was. He set up an appointment with me a week later at 12:30 PM on a Thursday to come out. We first saw Cascade AZ at the January home show. Lost the business card so we went to the March show and met with Bob. He came to our home in Estrella Mountain Ranch in Goodyear. He gave us some great ideas based on our backyard existing landscaping. They came a few weeks later and did the install. The result is a great waterfeature in our back yard that we enjoy every day.
