We purchased a house with an existing Enphase solar system, owned outright. It's been incredibly difficult getting good reliable service - the original installer went out-of-business (3x apparently!). And almost everyone I called only wanted to sell me an upgraded system ("the one you have is crap" - it is not, it's awesome), and declined to perform any service at all. After doing tons and tons of research, reading about solar, reviewing companies and narrowing down to two companies that I really liked, I ultimately chose Castaways. Elisa was the first person to contact me and she was very communicative and patient! I had a million and one questions and asked for quite a few quotes that she had no issues drawing up and getting back to me in a timely manner.
