DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT even thinking about renting an apartment at Castaway. I temporarily stayed here until my family was able to move with me after my oldest finished high school. The regional manager (ARCAN CAPITAL) is nothing but a bunch of slum lords that will take your money and perform shady repairs on units. Literally the worst apartments ever. 😬 we lived in a 2nd story and to live in Georgia you would think it would have central ac and heat. Nope. Then we transferred to a bigger ground floor and it had mini cockroach bugs, spiders, and maggots. More than 90% of the switches didn’t work. In email and contact with the property manager, Andrea Clark about a specific apartment. Email him/her the next day to ask where to send my information (fax, mail, or email) and she/he sold it right from under me within less than 24 hours. “But we have one identical to it for $50 more...” no thanks. Ill take my rent somewhere else and let everyone know.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! THE APARTMENT THAT THEY SHOW YOU IS NOTHING LIKE THE ONE THEY TRY TO MOVE YOU INTO! MY PREGNANT DAUGHTER WAS GOING TO RENT HERE, BUT WHEN SHE RECIEVED THE KEYS TO LOOK AT IT .. OMG .. IT WAS TERRIBLE!!! FLOORING COMING UP, CABINETS UNEVEN, BATHROOM MOLDING COMING APART AND IT SMELLED BAD!! THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING!! THEY HAVE BEEN TELLING US FOR A MONTH THEY ARE GOING TO SEND OUR REFUND MONEY. WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WE'RE HAVE NOW HAD TO CONTACT OUR LAYWER!! TERRIBLE!!
my childs dad lives here and cause i visit him they are trying to force me on the lease i live at another address have proof i live somewhere else they are still forcing his apartment has mold in it and a bad leak in the bathroom the wont come out and fix they literally told me the see when im inside the house with him its not worth 800 a month especially when everyone pays diffrent rent for the same size unit cause everyone talks about it
