Feb. 2026- I just had one of the worst haircuts of my life at this salon! Grace butchered my hair very, very short, way shorter than the picture I showed to her and talked to her about in detail. I later requested a refund from the Manager/Owner Susan and sent me a rude email saying she was very proud of how Grace did my haircut. She implied that I am the problem and she said that my msg to Grace was disrespectful & abusive- it honest to God was not. Susan will not issue a refund. Worst salon I've ever been to.
