If their product will hold up for more than three months at a time. I had them redo my 45 foot cruiser, the back swim platform for five times it’s still just peeled right off the owner of this business doesn’t seem to care
Thrilled to have gotten my cooler top from Castaway Customs! It was very detailed and matches my decal on my boat. Looks great and makes an ordinary cooler a head turner now!
Had a great experience so far. Spoke with Ryan and he helped with my design and color combination. And my quote was less than I thought it would be.
picked up my boat from dealer. CC guy was suppose to bring me a 36" grey ruler. He showed up with teak. He said he would send me one in the mail after I paid him for it in cash and text him my address. Now will not respond to my inquiries. Ripped me off.
This company sucks! I had Castaway Customs install SeaDek on my new 2018 Seafox and it started coming up. They replaced it 2 times in 18 months and charged me $500.00 the second time. I ended up paying another company for taking it all up and removing the dirt that should have been done before the first install and adhesive off that is not suppose to be used. They did awesome!!! I got a call every time they were close to the house, online payment made it easy, and all techs gave great service down to the install. Very happy with the job done can’t wait to be on the water
From start to finish this company was top notch! On time every time which is huge because I live a hour away from my boat! They had my boat completed from scan to stick in 7 days! The tech Brandon was very professional and answered all my questions immediately! Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to install SeaDek. My storm grey over black teak turned out perfect!
