Showed up for an appointment during regular open hours, but all doors were locked, lights off and no one responded to our knocks or phone calls. We called several times and could not get an answer. This has happened before.
Went to the store multiple times during store hours and not open. Tried calling and no answer.
I bought my wedding dress here in 2012 and was super pleased with my experience. My sister in law is dress shopping and has been cancelled twice. We just drove in from out of town for an appointment and they're not here, closed, not answering. Avoid this place! I'm not sure what happened but don't risk your dress from here.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE! I booked two appointments to try on bridal dresses at this store and drove in from out of town for both appointments. The first appointment they called me an hour before and canceled and said they would call me back to rebook. They never called me back for over a week so I called and rebooked. I was sure this 2nd appt of 3 wedding dress try-ons would be great because I’ve heard of many young ladies getting grad dresses from this business. We are 7hrs north so these shopping trips are expensive, timely and exhausting so customer service is a big thing when shopping anywhere but especially a big thing when wedding dress shopping.
