I bought my wedding dress here in 2012 and was super pleased with my experience. My sister in law is dress shopping and has been cancelled twice. We just drove in from out of town for an appointment and they're not here, closed, not answering. Avoid this place! I'm not sure what happened but don't risk your dress from here.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE! I booked two appointments to try on bridal dresses at this store and drove in from out of town for both appointments. The first appointment they called me an hour before and canceled and said they would call me back to rebook. They never called me back for over a week so I called and rebooked. I was sure this 2nd appt of 3 wedding dress try-ons would be great because I’ve heard of many young ladies getting grad dresses from this business. We are 7hrs north so these shopping trips are expensive, timely and exhausting so customer service is a big thing when shopping anywhere but especially a big thing when wedding dress shopping. Very disappointed at the service at castaspella. We ordered my daughter’s grad dress from here, regrettably paid in full. I was told it would be in end of March beginning of April. I called at the beginning of April and it had not yet arrived. They said they were missing about 10 and that it would be here mid April. I called again mid month and it still hadn’t arrived. After a really horrible experience at another “boutique” in town, my visit to Castaspella was a breath of fresh air. Great service and a great selection of grad dresses.
