I put a lot of trust in Dr. Castaño and his team for the extraction (of my loose implant) and replacement 2.9mm implant with healing cap. They were upfront and clear about the typically pricey services, which I appreciated after multiple worrisome consultations with others. I had an horrible experience with Dr castano. He performed laser gum surgery on one side of my mouth. Afterwards my lip was swollen immediately after the procedure. I went back 9 days later and i asked him nicely, is my lip infected? He told me it was like that before the procedure. I stood up and said, it absolutely was not. How dare you tell me what my lip was like and accuse me of lying. 7 weeks later after seeing a determotologist and regular doctor, my lip issue is still there. Dr. Castano is tops in his field. He explains everything in detail, making you feel comfortable and confident. He is not aggressive or pushy, and recommends less invasive treatments first. Ellie the hygienist is very professional and does an excellent job. She is an expert in dental hygiene and works with her patients to ensure the best home care . The office staff is friendly and responsive to their patients needs.

Great staff and just a friendly atmosphere. Just had a cleaning from Elly and always coming out with a smile on how well she does the cleaning. Would recommend to anyone.
