I am being generous with the 2 stars. After moving in, I had one problem after another that required maintenance. Sewer backed up and into the house. He did not offer to have the house professionally sanitized. Just told me to use bleach. Heater went out in winter and was not offered space heaters to keep the house above 60F. Several complaints about the PG&E being abnormally high, after having PG&E come out several times, only to say it was on the house side and to talk to the landlord. I rented a 1 bedroom from Mr. Castaldo and also had the opportunity to speak with him on numerous different accounts. He is a responsible and respectful person and definitely someone who puts a lot of effort into maintaining & management, I got most my deposit back when I vacated the property. Thank you Mike .
Negative stars if I could. Worst landlord/slumlord. Abusive to his tenants and his maintenance workers. He will take your deposit and make up all these crazy charges. STAY CLEAR OF MIKE CASTALDHOE HE WILL HE YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE!!!!!
