Very poor service. From the initial phone appointment to the first visits were very unfriendly. Total visits less than 10 times, each time we go in for check up or procedure done, it was hell.... Front desk nurse was very edgy and offensive. Not children friendly at all. Does not explain well to me as far as procedure. We always feel the hostility in that office. Does not make you feel special at all. No attention whatsoever. THE FRONT DESK is very rude. Extremely rude. Consultation fee? This place just wants your money. You get the Dr's time for about 10 minutes. Felt very rushed. On top of all this facilities are old too. only the outside waiting area is clean and "modern". Overall just horrible..if you have HMO SWITCH! if you have PPO definitely do not come here.
Questionable billing practices, staff speaks little English. They didn't explain treatments well but sure billed me for them. I had a terrible overall experience.
