I was struggling to quit smoking and was finally willing to give hypnosis a chance, why not? Then I realized it was still going to be tough but I was granted permission to be strong as my subconscious would allow me to be. It's not magic what he does, he teaches people to trust themselves to be bigger than they think they are. We hold no boundaries but our own inner prison of the mind. He's helping each unlock doors. I highly recommend seeing him...and yoga lol ;)
