GET THE CHEESE BREAD!!! after stopping there a few times in the last few weeks the owner told me to try the cheese bread it’s the best around. I said maybe next week as I already ordered my food. I’ve lived in Cottage Grove for a few years now but had never ordered from Cassini’s. Just tried a cup and char pepperoni with Romano cheese and banana peppers. Very good pizza! Even the crust had really good flavor for being a thin crust. Lots of flavorful cheese and great quality ingredients. It is pricier than the national chain pizza places but the flavor and quality is worth it.
Love love love their pizza (we always request it to be cooked well-done) but their hours are just not convenient. No late night pizza from here anymore which is a shame, and that’s usually the only time we get the craving. They used to be open later but the past several years they close at 8 most nights. At least 11 or midnight on weekends would be nice. Please consider your customers!
