When they did the initial walk through before I moved, they showed me every room except one, and told me I would get my keys a week early to make my move easier. I barely got my keys before the moving day, and then as an added stipulation the day before my moving day they told me I'd need to be completely out of the old apartment by Monday, I mentioned that I wouldn't have time to clean if I did that, and they told me I could have them clean it for $150.
