Customer service was non existent. Horrible owner with no idea how to deal with easy requests.. maybe she needs to work in KFC

I was served by layla, she was so welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful, such incredible variety and completely stress free, I will continue to come to this florist purely because of layla's amazing service!
Wonder fresh flowers , especially she do it by her own. Laila is wonderful.
For my daughter's graduation, I had placed an order for a bouquet of flowers from another florist. They were horrible. I was running late when I went to Cassie's. Layla was a God send because she made me a bouquet of flowers right away. She used the colors I wanted, and it looked beautiful. My daughter loved them, and they looked great in the photos.
