Worst florist experience I’ve had. I had previously been to this florist when it was under different ownership, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. I came in early in the morning to purchase Valentine’s Day flowers with a special request and even offered to pay extra. I was the only customer in the store at the time. Customer service was non existent. Horrible owner with no idea how to deal with easy requests.. maybe she needs to work in KFC

I was served by layla, she was so welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful, such incredible variety and completely stress free, I will continue to come to this florist purely because of layla's amazing service!
