Absolutely stunning, VERY happy!!! Layla helped make me an Australian bouquet for my mum, she was one of the nicest people I've ever met and helped keep it within my budget too. I felt that she took time and care in making it, and it felt very special giving it to my mum. My mum LOVED it, had the biggest smile on her face. I also gained some knowledge from Layla as well!! Thank you, will definitely be coming again!
Layla is an incredibly beautiful person to talk to and has so much knowledge about flowers. She helped put together a gorgeous bouquet of native Australian flowers. Layla is such a pleasure to listen to and I wouldn't go to any other florist in NSW. (These 1 star reviews must be review bombing as Layla is such an incredibly nice person without a rude bone in her body)
Worst florist experience I’ve had. I had previously been to this florist when it was under different ownership, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. I came in early in the morning to purchase Valentine’s Day flowers with a special request and even offered to pay extra. I was the only customer in the store at the time. Unfortunately, the owner (lady) was incredibly rude and unwilling to help with a very simple request. Arrogant dangerous driver, speeds and cuts drivers off. If they're going to break the law they shouldn't have their business on the orange Ford Ranger LK1711. Watch dash cams Australia for the video! Please be considerate of your community and drive sensibly.
Customer service was non existent. Horrible owner with no idea how to deal with easy requests.. maybe she needs to work in KFC
