Stopped up kitchen sink - I fixed the problem MYSELF - after the technicians told me THEY could not because it was the garbage disposal. They gave me a Cassidy's Plumbing business card with instructions to call for an estimate for repairs...huh? Well, when they got to my house late (after I called), on a Friday afternoon, they saw a 59 year old woman. Honestly, I believe the 'five star' reviews are employees, friends or family members of Cassidy's Plumbing. As mentioned in another review posted, they are extremely unprofessional and will cancel your appointment without hesitation. They clown around and even show up *********** for work. If they do something 'negligent or unorthodox' in your home, they leave immediately and deny having any responsibility. I have water line ins with ********* They contract out to Cassidy's Plumbing. We have water bubbling out of the ground so appointment was set with cassidys for today between 9 and 1pm. I took off work to be there. At 1:30 I called cassidys because no one had showed up. The woman who answered the phone said they had canceled their appointments fo the day due to up coming rain. I pay ********* for a warranty on many home systems and they hired Cassidy's to fix or replace my 8-year-old water heater. They were here within 24-hours to check it out, and they recommended replacement. It was approved the next day, ordered and installed the following day. The crew were friendly, quick and efficient. It took them less than 45 minutes to remove the old water heater and install the new equipment. From the time they drove up to drove off, it was maybe an hour. They were sent to clear my main drain by ********* They came out snaked my drain. My wife heard them say "it broke off" then got quiet and packed up , told my wife repair would not be covered by ****** got our credit card number and charged ***** When I got home and found out the drain was not clear I called Cassidy's and never got called back. Would give them zero stars if possible. Hired them twice before and they were cheap but every time they left, my sinks would start leaking again after a few days. Last time we hired them (because they were affordable and did a good job on our neighbor's house...so we kept holding out hope...) we called them to find and fix a bathroom leak. This company is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with!!! Very unprofessional & operate without proper permits!!!! They charged me way to much & did a horrible job to say the least!!!!! NEVER use this company!!!!!
