Definitely NOT recommended. Ordered flowers for my friend’s birthday on Friday. I called my friend later in the day and no mention of anything received. By 6pm I had to straight out ask her if the flowers I sent had been delivered. Nope NO delivery! I called the shop and the lady who took my order answered the phone (I recognized her voice) and without any compassion simply said oh it must have flew off the table. Don't think it was worth the $170 I paid. I asked for a corporate bouquet to impress and was filled with gerber daisies, carnations, and mums, baby's breath (cheaper flowers you can find in grocery store) but was quick, friendly and convienient while I was in newmarket.
I am disappointed with this order. I understand that flower substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal availability, but the bouquet I received is completely different from the one advertised. The flower types, arrangement, and overall appearance do not match the product photo. In particular, a large amount of baby's breath was used, which significantly changed the look of the bouquet. This is not what I paid for or expected to receive. Maybe for someone beautiful but not what I paid for. But thanks.
The flowers that were in their fridge weren’t even fresh. But since I needed flowers rights away, I ordered a dozen roses. They didn’t even cut the stems and I had to when I got home. The flowers were not cheap but lasted a day before I had to throw them out. I would NOT recommend this place.
Unfortunately, our Mother’s Day flower order did not meet our expectations. The arrangement that arrived was very different from what had been ordered. There were less flowers than expected, some which had already begun wilting and there was also a noticeable cigarette smoke smell when it arrived by delivery.
