I love love this place, the customer service is impeccable, the staff are amazing and the flowers are really beautiful.
Terrible experience, ordered flowers online in the morning for an afternoon delivery through Uber (they're listed on there as a service) and they cancelled my order half an hour before it was to be delivered, with no explanation. This wasn't even a specific bouquet, just a general designer choice bouquet so they had flowers, with delivery within Newmarket.
DO NOT BUY flowers from them! got charged for high quality product but received the low quality one with no response from them! Possible SCAM I ordered a flower vase with 18 deluxe roses and a red glass vase for Valentines' day. The online descriptions clearly said the vase is a ruby cube one that matched the online photo (the attached photo); however, when I got the flowers they vase was completely different. Cassidy’s Flowers is a wonderful business. The bouquets are beautiful, delivery is executed flawlessly, and their customer service is truly something others should aspire to. Residing out of province has left me with minimal options when it comes to special occasions, but Cassidy’s has become an easy solution, one that I can always count on to get the job done. Always willing to go above and beyond, truly just wonderful people. 10/10 recommend!
