The Staff at Cassidy is very Professional and Welcoming. Especially John the Manager. Courteous and respectful which is not a norm in many businesses. I appreciate his service. If possible I would give them 10 Stars.
Added new front and rear struts to my car. Brought my car in to do alignment since suspension work has been done. Didn’t provide a before and after measurement. Car drives off to the left by a few degrees on the highway and steering wheel is not straight. Called and brought it in again, and requested the measurements. Drives straight, but steering wheel is off. Called again and denied to get it fixed. Would not recommend. Paid >$120 and did not do a satisfactory job. Would look elsewhere.
Been here before, been here again, really good and reliable customer service each time. The best in Chicago area.
