Great service and great prices! My car was ready when promised. I will never go anywhere else!
We were at the Lombard location this morning for an 8:30 appointment. We were done and back in our car by 8:59 and reassured that we were driving on safe and filled tires. They even extra checked one of the suspect tires to make sure this nervous momma had nothing to worry about carrying her family in the car. My car was left at another tire place last Friday where I had purchased my current tires for over 7 hours and wasn't even able to be looked at. I will only be going to Cassidy going forward.

Love the honesty of the people who work here. They will never try to up-sell you for unnecessary services and parts. They only fix and sell you what you need. For that reason alone Cassidy will be my go-to tire place.
Never went to Cassidy before, never will again. 150.00 wasted on a 3 month old tire. As a women trying to find fair service for your car this is NOT the place. I may be a women but I know leaks sometimes look like punctures and vise versa but my money gets wasted because of the opinion of 1 Cassidy tire worker. Even though the one who actually inspected it said the tear started from the inside. Then, asked me for another $140.
