Absolutely terrible process managing which they do not care whether they put you in an unwanted situation or not and just consider their profit. One of the Client investment Manager from Cassidy Real Estate named Sarah Hashemi contacted me for the final process of rental, asked me to go through the vacate the current residental and then ignored my calls after she ended the process with me on her side without letting me know, ignored my calls and messages which l couldnt take an action with my current agency. Great service over the long term with prompt and courteous responses from the property management team.
Have been living in one of their Stanmore properties for almost two years. Reported mould in and around the house three months ago, no one has been sent to treat the mould yet. Our air conditioning unit is full of mould, which I reported two weeks ago. Broken air con is classified as an urgent repair in NSW but still no one has been sent to fix it. It hit 8 degrees last night and we can’t turn the heating on.
1 star is a stretch and a half for this agency. I could write paragraphs, but looking at the recent reviews it’s clear I’d just be repeating what so many others have said before. I’ve dealt with this agency as a tenant and a landlord simultaneously, and the service received, specifically by Tereza Paton, was abysmal. My tenancy was so poorly managed from the day I inspected the apartment, she didn’t even know the property came with a fridge and washing machine! Absolute failure of a real estate agency. Tried for THREE weeks to get an inspection on a house for sale. Agency owner got back to me 3 days before auction, with an inspection option for the day before the sale leaving zero time for conveyancing. Has essentially left me out of the possibility to bid. If he was selling my house, I would be livid.
