Agent was rude, hostile, and made life difficult upon exiting the property. Would not wish to deal with this agency again. Seem to play games and try and get money from the tenant. My advice is know your legal rights and don’t be afraid to stand up for yourself! If something feels off, it is.
We worked with Joseph on a property purchase and he confirmed the price and all the details. Based on these confirmations we sold our place. just an hour before the contract signing meeting He sold it to someone else. He had fully promised us and we had paid for building inspections and other costs. This was incredibly unprofessional. I would rate them zero if I could. Avoid their games and don’t trust them at all.
Special thanks to Jessica Oliveira our property manager I’ve had an excellent experience with her. She is professional, responsive, and go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. From quick maintenance resolutions to clear communication, she has been fantastic to work with. It’s refreshing to have someone so reliable managing the property—highly recommend.

I had problems as soon as I even tried to move into my residence, no access information was given, I was stuck not knowing where my movers could park using the under ground car park, not advised as to where the bin room was... read more
