We had a Kitchen faucet replaced. Technician was on time, worked clean and was very professional. Gave us options and explained everything thoroughly. A very good experience. Wife was happy.

Update below. Christmas eve! We had a major water leak. In desperation after three other plumbers failed to help us (one even made a visit and left us in the lurch telling us to call the fire department) we called Cassidy. Over the phone he told me how to shut off the water and a technician was here the next morning to make the repair. We have since used Cassidy to replace an aging well tank and were extremely pleased with their service, from the friendly receptionist to the technicians who did the work.
