Great did great ann reliable
Had my system installed in August 2023 and have had nothing but problems. Didn't have AC all summer of 2024 and the techs couldn't figure out the problem, finally someone from another company did. Didn't have heat in the winter of 2024, was told that florida units couldn't handle that cold and to turn on the emergency heat... guess what, when the owner installed the system, they never hooked up the emergency heat. So we froze all weekend until the bozos came and fixed it the following Monday. June 2025, having problems again... read more
The team came 5 days early. It took very little time to check and diagnose the problem. The technicians were highly knowledgeable and professional. Thank you so very much for everything. I will always recommend this company to anyone having issues with a units. Y'all are a blessing
