I made an appointment at Cassia Nail Spa, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing from the start. The front desk staff gave us a cold shoulder, which made us feel very unwelcome. My mom felt so uncomfortable that she decided to leave before her service. I went back later to give it another try. The technician who did my pedicure was nicer than the front desk lady, but overall nothing was impressive. The quality of the service was just so-so. UPDATE: I’ve been coming to this salon for a little while and always saw Peter. My nails were consistently beautiful and would last at least four weeks without any issues, which is why I stayed loyal to this place. Unfortunately, since Peter left, my experience has changed. I recently had to try a different technician, and within two days my nails started lifting. I went back and had five nails fixed, but just a few days later again I’m already noticing more lifting.
