I had to move out of a brand new home I was renting because of severe mold issues. The home was built by Taylor Morrison, and it was shocking to experience these kinds of problems in a newly constructed home at this price point. Update: Doug Milbrod at the sales center is telling prospective homebuyers to not purchase 1st phase homes because they have stucco problems. Why would anyone trust anything they sell if he is ratting his own company out.
