Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience attempting to purchase a home from Taylor Morrison in the Skye Ranch community. In the beginning, my salesperson, Jan Silverman was extremely communicative. He called multiple times a day discussing incentives and encouraging me to move forward quickly with a deposit. Hurricane water intrusion & mold found on leased home in Skye Ranch. Home leased is on Milky Way Circle. Mold report by professionals on file. Lots of short cuts and poor quality construction discovered during lease. Shook hands with TM reps where they said they'd stand by their homes for owners or even us leasing one of their homes in Skye Ranch aa of October 2024.
