Hurricane water intrusion & mold on leased home in Skye Ranch ( Milky Way Circle) Lots of short cuts and poor quality construction discovered during lease. Shook hands with TM reps : they’d stand by their homes . Displaced for months . They didn’t do anything to take care of us.
The neighborhood is not truly fully gated. They advertise it as a “gated enclave” but it is not, in fact it is open to the public to access the trails. There is a lot of bait and switch in terms of amenity usage. The plans for building townhomes within the gates does not make it “resort style” living.
