The same people have lived here for a while, so it is a nice little area. Walt, the maintenance manager, is amazing. The place is clean. I’ve never had issues parking in the front public parking. I hardly see random people walking by. I don’t have Amazon issues. The neighborhood is quiet except for the mornings when the high schoolers are getting settled in. The walls are thin and the floors creak, so I recommend living upstairs. Overall, it’s a nice place to live :)
