unprofessional and arrogant
Very poor office administration. Apparently, I (have not) received a bill 5 days ago for a balance on lenses that were received nearly a year ago. Cassey claims to be backed-up on billing, due to COVID-19. How is the customer liable for a fault of the business? Especially, when a proper bill was not presented at purchase, or else it would have been paid in full. Cassey also has nothing in writing with my signature that says there was/is a balance due.
