Great care.
Unreliable service. Took over 3 weeks to schedule a physical therapist and then couldn't tell me when on that day they would be there as I was supposed to clear the entire day for maybe 20 minutes. Multiple times when I called the office no one from tne office picked up.
I just finished four weeks of physical therapy after knee surgery. I had Ahmed for my therapy. He is very caring and compassionate. He helped me achieve my goals. Highly recommend your services.
Gamal, a middle eastern looking physical therapist sent from here, will come into your home for 15 minutes and leave. He will ask someone else in your home to record him or you doing the exercises so that you can basically do them on your own so he doesn’t have to sit through with you for the entire session. He just comes to make sure he visits the patients, not actually sit through with them as he should. He gets mad when you ask him to stay longer. How are they running up our insurance like this?
