If you are looking for someone to Pennhip/OFA your dog I would definitely keep looking. The positioning was horrible and he stated he would do it again but I would be charged again. For someone who has been doing health testing for 30 years I expected the positioning to be to the OFA standard. I have been breeding for over a decade and have never seen such poor positioning. We have already found a new vet. This year the quality at Casselton is just gone. They haven't been able to treat our cats condition she got after she was at their groomers in April. They have tried to blame us for the condition and put down that we were missing appointments and not following their treatment plan when we were completely. Then they tried to blame it on our new puppy who we got months after the skin condition started.
