Very disappointing experience at Cassels Automotive in Warwick. I took my Suzuki Jimny in for a service, and when I picked it up, there was a significant crack across the windshield, right in my eyeline. The staff insisted it was already there, but I know for a fact it wasn’t—I even have photographic proof showing the windshield was intact before I dropped it off.
