Bought my car from a different dealership but was seeing mitsuibishi Warwick for all services and repairs. I booked for a repair strip to be done. Rang up a day before it to book a service also while it was their and they had changed the date i was booked in for. I had already done a click and collect elsewhere and live over an hour away. Took the car the day they had it booked they said half hour job each for repair and service to get their and tell me theyre behind and itll take awhile. Disappointed with communication and support. I bought a Mitsubishi Outlander with full service history. The warranty book contained a signed 2027 warranty expiry date written by this dealer. When I later requested clarification about this, I was told it was an error, but I was not given any explanation. The dealership then advised they would no longer respond to my enquiries.
