Got another doctor but the secretary refused my daughter and she was so ignorante with my daughter who was pregnant and she needed puffers because ahe is asthmatic and she refused to get her in a her appointment to see her doctor at this clinic she had no manors at all my daughter Aly was crying!!!! Big zero for your secretary!!!!
called and requested to see if medical files have been sent after paying 2 weeks prior to have them sent and when i called to follow up i was hung up on after i possed a question to the receptionist about my documents when i called back after i was rudly hung up on the recptionist claimed the call dropped and began to be rude and inconsiderate after she admitted to hanging up the phone because she didnt hear anything after i asked her a question....i wassent aware im supposed to do your job and answer my own question about f... read more
The worst medical clinic. Only nice people are nurses and blood technician. The administrator Sue is almost always rude, not organized. We finally left the clinic and can't be happier with our doctor at the new clinic. Our doctor also left this clinic as well due to problems with staff and organizational skills.
I had previously called to ensure I could bring a requisition in from my doctor with a urine sample to be analyzed. They told me yes, no problem, bring it Monday-Friday before 12pm. I looked online to confirm their hours and brought the sample at 10am on Friday, July 4th to find a sign posted on their door that the clinic was closed. I then had to find the next available lab to bring it to which was Embrun and drive all the way there since the sample was already taken. Reception is very rude and hung up on me and talking over me. Won't even book an appointment for me. Go elsewhere! Too bad, the doctor was very nice.
