I just had the exact same experience! I made appoointment and they were no shows. I called to find out why and they claim I wasn't home. I sat here all day. I rescheduled for 2 days later and after them not showing I called and they said I hadn't schedule for that day. I cancelled them completely and am going elsewhere.
Disappointing Service – This company failed to show up to two separate appointments it made with me. It also failed to call me back and let me know why they were not showing up. I called to complain and was hung up on twice. I lost 2 days of pay sitting at home waiting for them to show up and do the job they said they would. This is no way to treat a customer and I am now canceling my work order and giving my money and business to someone else.
